Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reputed courier services for safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, transportation issues, or local restrictions.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

JVN Bearings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us immediately at ecommerce@jvnbearings.com with supporting photos.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners. If your address is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or by email after placing the order.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. For export or bulk orders outside India, please contact us at ecommerce@jvnbearings.com.
