Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. We accept returns only for defective or damaged products, as bearings cannot be resold once opened due to safety and quality standards. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Sale or clearance items, custom orders, and unauthorized returns are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refunded.

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without prior approval

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and obtain prior approval via email.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer. Use the return address provided in our approval email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, email us at ecommerce@jvnbearings.com.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items, replacing them with the same item. To request an exchange, email ecommerce@jvnbearings.com and send the item to the address provided in our approval email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Returns

Mail returns to the address provided in our approval email after contacting us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refunded. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
